Joe Frans

Joe Frans is a strategist and policy adviser working where media, technology and regulation meet. As Special Advisor to Broadcast Networks Europe and the European Broadcasting Union, he works on spectrum access, democratic communication systems and the ethical use of AI in broadcasting. A former Member of the Swedish Parliament and board member of Stockholm University, he also co-founded NGB Africa and Prime FM in Ghana, bringing a rare mix of European regulatory experience and African industry insight.
